I have always loved being active but never enjoyed the gym, until I joined this

one! I joined on the advice of my husband who was already a member and loving it!

Being a relative newby to using a gym, I decided I needed the guidance and

accountability of PT sessions. Joining AGW has been the perfect fit. From the

beginning, it has always felt so welcoming, friendly and supportive. Everyone

always seems so happy.

When I started, my goals were a bit hazy - just to gain strength and fitness to

soften the aging process. Abi is always so supportive and encouraging. Her

sessions motivate me to push myself just that bit more each time.

I am very happy with my progress, particularly when an old shoulder injury flared

up. It would have been too easy to stop going, but Abi has kept me on track, while

protecting my shoulder. The added bonus to gym sessions is the mental feel good

factor.

I always leave after a session exhausted but with a sense of achievement, and a

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
